You’ll find a link labeled “Volunteer / Join Us / Get Involved” at the top or bottom of the homepage.

The process of becoming a volunteer begins there.

2. Open the “Volunteer Registration Form”

Clicking on the link will open the online registration form.

The form asks for your name, address, mobile number, email address, education, and skills.

3. Select your interest and field.

7. Submit the Form

Submit the form after filling in all the information correctly.

Upon submission, you will receive a thank you message and a Reference Number.

8. Verification by the Trust Team

Your information is subject to a background check by the Trust.

If necessary, the team will also call or message you.

This process can last 2–7 days.

9. Interview/Telephonic Discussion

Sometimes a short interview may be conducted.

In this interview, you will be asked:

Why do you want to join?

What are your goals?

How much time can you devote?

10. Volunteer Selection Confirmation (Approval Message)

Upon selection, you will receive a welcome message via

Email.

This message also includes your Volunteer ID.

 

11. Training and Orientation Session

All new volunteers receive a brief training session.

This includes:

Fieldwork Guidelines

Safety and Discipline Rules

This training can be conducted online or offline.

12. Project Assignments

You are assigned to the relevant team based on your interest, ability, and time.

The Trust keeps you updated on any projects you participate in periodically.

13. Volunteer Certificate/ID Card

The Trust provides a

to active volunteers.

This serves as proof of your contribution to social work.

14. Regular Reporting and Updates

Volunteers are required to share short reports of their work.

Regular guidance is provided by the project team.
